On September 21, according to the Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR), 13 terrorists were killed during the ongoing operation, along with weapons, ammunition and explosives, in the Shaban area of Quetta District in Balochistan Province, following intelligence reports about multiple hideouts of Indian-sponsored Fitna al-Khwarij [FaK, a State term for Tehreek-e-Taliban Pakistan (TTP) and its associated groups] and Fitna al-Hindustan (FAH, a State term for Baloch insurgents), reports The Khyber Chronicles. The hideouts were allegedly being used as bases and posed a threat to the local population. Security Forces continued sanitisation and clearance activities in the area, with the operation to continue until the remaining threat was neutralised.
