At least 17 Taliban fighters were killed in clashes with Islamic State-Khorasan Province (ISKP) in Arghandab District of Zabul Province, tweets Kabul News Twitter handle on September 30. The Taliban officials have denied the incident saying no clashes between ISKP fighters and the Taliban in Zabul and that such reports are incorrect. No other news portal has reported the incident.
