The Russians have destroyed the social welfare office in Kramatorsk: three people have been injured, and homes and schools have been damaged, according to the head of the Military-Civilian Administration, Oleksandr Honcharenko.

On the morning of 30 September, Russian troops carried out a series of air strikes on various parts of the city, using KAB-250 and KAB-500 bombs. As a result of the attack, the building housing the Labour and Social Protection Department was destroyed, three people were injured, and apartment blocks, educational establishments and civilian infrastructure were also damaged.
