On 22 September 2026, suspected Saudi forces (coded under ORH) launched an airstrike targeting a 'large' secret meeting of senior Houthi commanders at a house in Al Hazm (Al Hazm, Al Jawf) that the Houthis had converted into a military headquarters. The strike killed 1 Houthi missile-force commander, along with several other senior and field commanders, and wounded several fighters. Unspecified fatalities coded as 10.
