On 23 September 2026, an Israeli drone struck a group of Palestinians near Al Wafa hospital in the Abu Khadra complex in the Al Rimal area, coded to Gaza - Northern Remal (Gaza City, Gaza Strip), killing 1 person and injuring several others.
