Russians struck an apartment building in the Saltivskyi district of Kharkiv, injuring 38 people, including 10 children.

Updated: According to Sinegubov's latest data, 38 people, including 10 children, sought medical help after the Russian strike.

A 43-year-old man and a 14-year-old girl are in hospitals with blast injuries. The other victims suffered moderate and mild injuries.

According to the head of the OVA, three children lived in the apartment hit by the Russian shell. The father took them out of the apartment on his own. The children were not seriously injured.

Previously, Terekhov reported 35 victims.

Search and rescue operations have been completed - no people were found under the rubble. Municipal services, together with units of the State Emergency Service, continue to eliminate the consequences of the night attack.

Details: Initially, Sinegubov reported nine victims, including five children. 

Sinegubov's direct speech: "9 victims, including 5 children, are receiving all the necessary medical assistance from doctors in the Saltivskyi district. The enemy strike occurred on the 2nd floor of an apartment building."

Details: Over time, the number of victims began to grow. Among the injured children, a 12-year-old and an 8-year-old boy were hospitalized. Girls aged 3 and 7, a 9-year-old and two 10-year-old boys, as well as a 15-year-old girl were treated at the scene by medics.

The second and third floors of the building were destroyed as a result of the Russian attack.
