On 22 September 2021, Iraqi F-16s and Su-25s conducted airstrikes targeting IS hideouts in Shay Valley near Tel Hamh, Kirkuk. The strike information was provided by the Iraqi National Intelligence Service. A ground force inspected the strike area discovering and destroying additional IS hideouts and two suicide vests (SVEST). 6 hideouts were destroyed. There were no casualties.
