Russia struck an oil and gas facility in Ukraine’s Poltava region with a salvo of five ballistic missiles, effectively destroying it, according to Naftogaz. The facility had already been out of operation following previous Russian attacks that disabled its equipment. Naftogaz says the latest strike caused a critical level of damage, making restoration of the facility effectively impossible. #Ukraine
