On 17 September 2026, Russian forces conducted missile and drone strikes on Zaporizhia, Zaporizhia. A shopping center caught fire and industrial zone was impacted. One civilian was wounded in the drone attack on the shopping center. A Russian FPV drone attacked a public bus, injuring 8 civilians, and another drone hit a medical vehicle, injuring two medics. A missile strike on an industrial area injured a woman and two men.
