On September 24, Security Forces arrested 10 militants of the United Liberation of Bodoland (ULB), were arrested from different places in Bodoland Territorial Region, reports East Mojo. Among those arrested was Chirang ‘district commander’ Ringkhang Basumatary. Twelve mobile phone handsets, 21 extortion notes, one hand grenade, and other incriminating documents were recovered from the militants.
