A civilian was injured when militants attacked Security Forces (SFs) near Lassipora Khag village of Budgam District in Jammu and Kashmir (J&K) on September 21, reports Daily Excelsior. A Police spokesperson said militants fired at SF personnel, who were on an operational duty near Lassipora Khag village. “A civilian, identified as Bilal Ahmad Rather, was injured in the firing,” he said.
