On 19 September, at around 6.00 pm, Russian forces launched an attack on Dnipro. A fire broke out in a shopping centre in the Peremoha housing estate. There are casualties.

According to Oleksandr Hanzha, head of the regional military administration, as of 6.32 pm, two people were reported to have been injured. They are a 59-year-old man and a 50-year-old woman. They were hospitalised with moderate injuries.

By 7.00 pm, the number of injured had risen to three.

Ganza reported four injured at 8.50 pm.

At 11.19 pm, the number of injured had risen to five, according to Ganza, the head of the regional military administration. A 22-year-old woman sought medical attention. She was given all the necessary treatment and will be treated as an outpatient.

According to the mayor, Boris Filatov, a shopping centre in the Peremoha residential estate came under attack by the Russian Federation. Windows were also shattered in several neighbouring buildings.
