On 13 September 2021, Israeli fighter jets struck with three missiles a Hamas military site located in the west of Rafah city (Rafah) in response to the rocket fired from Gaza into Israel previously. The airstrike destroyed the site and caused material damages to nearby buildings. Casualties unknown.
