Two tugboats and a speedboat belonging to the terrorist military were attacked near Shwe Bon Tha Village in Shwe Gu Township, Kachin State, on September 11, according to a local source.

A local defense fighter told Red Peacock news media, "We also hit the vessel that came to extinguish the fire. We blasted all three of them. They were docked at Shwe Gu."

Due to the attack launched by revolutionary fighters on September 11, two tugboats and a speedboat were successfully attacked and destroyed in Shwe Gu Town.

The local source stated that this vessel group acted as advance units from a 31-vessel fleet containing attack ships of the terrorist military that had traveled upstream from Mandalay on September 4.

The trailing vessel group docked yesterday (September 12) at Maung Kone Village in TIGyaing Township.
