Air Delivered event in Magway Region, Mindon Township area, Myanmar on Sun 13th September 2026

A junta paramotor attack on Zun Gya village in Mindon Township, Magway Region, killed six civilians—including an elderly woman and children—and injured five others, according to a statement by Thayet District People's Defense Force Battalion 4.

At around 4:40 PM on September 13, three junta paramotors launched from Defense Equipment Factory No. 12 (Ka Pa Sa 12) in Thayet Township dropped eight bombs onto non-military Zun Gya village.

The bombing killed six residents: 70-year-old Daw Pa Sar, 17-year-old Ma Khin Wai Zin Moe, 25-year-old Ma Nwel Nwel Win, 11-year-old Ma Htet Thazin Hlaing, 10-year-old Ma Ngu Wa Hlaing, and 15-year-old Maung Kaung Htet Kyaw.

Additionally, five other villagers sustained shrapnel wounds: 23-year-old Daw Mya La, 13-year-old Maung Min Htet Oo, 10-year-old Maung Chit Ma Wa, 14-year-old Ma Mya Hmoo May, and 16-year-old Ma Thin Thin Hlaing.
