On 10 September 2026, unidentified militants (coded as Baloch Separatists) detonated explosives at a bridge near Kalat Toll Plaza in Marjan-Garani area of Kalat district (Kalat, Balochistan), destroying the bridge and disrupting highway traffic. A passing passenger coach crashed following the bridge's collapse, injuring six civilians, including two children, and damaging the bus. Baloch Separatist groups have regularly targeted bridges as well buses carrying non-local passengers in Balochistan province. Total 6 injured and no fatalities.
