According to a local military source speaking to Khit Thit Media, an attack on a terrorist military stationed base in Htan Pin Chaung Village, Letpadan Township, Bago Region, resulted in heavy casualties among junta troops.

On the night of September 6, revolutionary forces launched an attack on terrorist military troops stationed inside the monastery at Htan Pin Chaung Village in Letpadan Township.

During the engagement, no fewer than 20 terrorist military soldiers were killed or wounded. The high casualty count was attributed to soldiers remaining inside bunkers who failed to rescue their injured comrades.
