A KIA military source told Khit Thit Media that combined KIA forces attacked a 6-ship military vessel fleet sailing upstream from Katha Town, Sagaing Region, to Shwegu Town, Kachin State, resulting in two ships being destroyed by fire.

Last night, a military fleet consisting of six ships arrived from Katha Town and docked at Shwegu Town. This morning, combined KIA forces used drones to attack two of the six military vessels, causing them to catch fire and be destroyed.

A KIA military source stated, "The two destroyed ships were loaded with weapons, ammunition, and supplies and were docked at the shore. They arrived from Katha Town just last night. This morning, while they were docked in Shwegu, we attacked them using drones and weapons. The two ships burst into flames and were completely destroyed."
