On September 18, an old and rusted mortar shell was recovered from the roadside near Bokpara Chariali on the by-pass in Dibrugarh (District) in Assam, reports Northeast Now. The mortar shell, acoording to sources, is believed to be used by United Liberation Front of Asom-Independent (ULFA-I) militants against the security forces (SF).
