On September 8, Security Forces (SFs) killed two terrorists affiliated with the Baloch Liberation Army (BLA) during an intelligence-based operation in Sorab District of Balochistan, reports Khyber Chronicles. According to security sources, the movement of the terrorists had been monitored through intelligence-based surveillance before their location was confirmed. Security forces subsequently launched a targeted operation, resulting in the killing of both terrorists. Following the operation, personnel conducted search and clearance activities in the surrounding area to check for additional armed elements and possible associates who may have escaped. Security forces also maintained heightened vigilance in the area to prevent any regrouping or further hostile activity. The operation was part of broader intelligence-led efforts to disrupt BLA networks operating in Balochistan.
