Ukraine’s Navy says the Russian frigate Admiral Essen was hit by a Neptune anti-ship missile during the overnight strike on Novorossiysk. That makes the wait for satellite imagery even more interesting. If the frigate really took a direct Neptune hit, the damage should be significantly more serious than from the previous drone strikes on the ship.
