Russia struck Kyiv with ballistic missiles overnight, killing 2 people and injuring at least 10, Ukrainian authorities said. Damage to civilian infrastructure was reported at more than 16 locations across five districts. Residential buildings, warehouses, garages and an educational facility were among the sites damaged, with fires reported at several locations. Earlier, emergency services said 13 people had been rescued as crews worked across the capital. #Ukraine
