On 6 September 2021, Turkish forces carried out artillery shellings targeting PKK militants in Banke (Banik as Sufla) and Minne (Minin) villages in Zakho district of Duhok. The attacks reportedly caused fires in the village areas and disrupted the electricity supply but no information on casualties was reported. One event for each location (total 2 events) were coded.
