On 1 September 2026, two children were killed and another was wounded in a quadcopter drone attack launched by unidentified armed persons in Nargassai area of Azam Warsak tehsil (South Waziristan, KPK). The exact origin of the attack remains unclear, however, both militants and military forces have utilised aerial drones in the area. Total 2 fatalities and 1 injured.
