On 01 June, 2019, an IED planted by an unidentified armed group detonated in Aishah village near ar-Ra'ee in eastern Aleppo countryside targeting a vehicle of Der'e al Hasakeh faction, formerly under Operation Euphrates Shield, which killed and wounded at least 5 members. Fatalities coded to 2.
