Overnight, drones attacked a number of targets in Russia. Explosions were heard in Perm, where an oil refinery may have been hit, as well as in the Rostov Region and the Chuvash Republic. This has been reported by local Telegram channels.

Preliminary reports suggest that the ‘Lukoil-Permnaftorgsintez’ oil refinery in Perm was attacked. The facility is part of the Lukoil group and has the capacity to refine over 13 million tonnes of crude oil per year, producing petrol, diesel, aviation fuel and lubricants.
