On September 1, a combined team of the Special Commando Unit, Khabeisoi, and 33 Assam Rifles (AR) recovered a cache of weapons during a cordon and search operation at Nongren Awang Leikai Chingmei area under Lamlai Police Station (PS) in Imphal East District, Manipur Police reports on X. The recovery included one lathode gun, two pistols, one single-barrel gun, and two modified single-barrel guns.
