On 10 September 2021, near Long Hkan village (Muse township, Muse district, Shan-North), a civilian truck driver was killed when members of an unreported EAO bombed the truck that was transporting rice for military troops. Shwe Phee Myay reported that locals claimed that it was MNDAA that carried out the attack and set fire to the truck after the driver was killed.
