On August 25, forces of the National Resistance Front (NRF) targeted a vehicle carrying Taliban fighters in the vicinity of the Fifth District in Faizabad, Badakhshan Province, killing three Taliban fighters and injuring two others, according to an NRF post on X. The Taliban military vehicle was also destroyed.
