On August 22, shots were fired at the office of a Krishak Dal, farmers' wing of the Bangladesh Nationalist Party (BNP)’s, leader named Mohammad Judge Mia, in front of the RAK Ceramics factory adjacent to Jaina Bazar on the Dhaka-Mymensingh highway in Sreepur Upazila (Sub-District) of Gazipur District, reports Prothom Alo. Three men on a motorcycle arrived in front of the office. They aimed laser lights at Mia and fired two to three shots.
