A group of teenagers allegedly threw homemade “ping-pong bombs” at Wat Bo Ngoen in Pathum Thani province on Thursday evening, injuring a school duty teacher in the left arm. The temple abbot said the youths had been gathering around the temple and riding motorcycles around the school. He believes the incident may have stemmed from rivalry over a female student. The abbot even stepped into the temple grounds to try to stop them. Police say they have identified the suspected group. The abbot urged parents to closely monitor their children, warning that repeated brawls and motorcycle racing around the school could eventually lead to more serious injuries or deaths. #ThailandNews #PathumThani
