A civilian was injured and property was damaged after a military fighter jet bombed Ywar Nan Village, located about six miles from the Mandalay-Shwebo road in Wetlet Township, Sagaing Region, despite there being no active fighting in the area, according to a local source who spoke to Red Peacock News Media and a statement released by the Wetlet Township People's Defense Team (Pa Ka Pha) under the National Unity Government (NUG).

The source said that a military jet fighter carried out the bombing attack on Ywar Nan Village without any prior clash or combat taking place in the area.

According to the reports, the attack resulted in damage to property and injuries to one civilian.
