On September 10, six militants belonging to National Socialist Council of Nagaland - Isak-Muivah (NSCN-IM) and Eastern Naga National Government (ENNG) were arrested from Khonsa in Tirap District of Arunachal Pradesh, reports Arunachal Times. The arrested militants were allegedly involved in extortion, kidnapping and nefarious activities against locals. Six pistols, live ammunition, opium and extortion money were recovered from their possession.
