On 23 August 2026, Ukrainian forces carried out a drone strike on Kamensk-Shakhtinsky (Kamensk-Shakhtinskiy, Rostov), hitting the Kamensky Combine, a military-industrial plant producing solid rocket fuel, and the 91st Central Reserve Automotive Equipment Base, and causing a fire. Debris from shot-down drones also damaged private houses and outbuildings, the glazing of a school, cars, and a gas pipe, and caused a dry-grass fire. Casualties unknown.
