Early this morning, August 23, the military launched continuous airstrikes using five fighter jets targeting Shwegu Township in Kachin State, according to a KIA military source.

At around 3:58 AM today, the first fighter jet departed from Tada-U airbase and conducted a bombing attack inside Shwegu Township.

Following that, the second fighter jet attacked at around 4:05 AM, the third at around 4:29 AM, the fourth at around 4:33 AM, and the fifth at around 4:39 AM, carrying out consecutive airstrikes across Shwegu Township.
