On 18 August 2026, IRG's Giants Brigades forces conducted a drone strike targeting a Houthi military vehicle in the front of Al Bayda governorate (coded to governorate capital Al Bayda) (Al Bayda City), resulting in complete destruction to the vehicle. According to sources, the military vehicle was hidden under a camouflaged bunker. Casualties unknown.
