On 3 September 2021, in Dawthponeyan sub-township (Momauk township, Bhamo district, Kachin state), the military LIB 142 indiscriminately fired 81-mm mortars at least 10 times. Some houses were damaged, and some villagers' cows also died from the shelling. Casualties unknown.
