UAV event in Russian Federation on Sat 15th August 2026

On 15 August 2026, Ukrainian forces fired 4 shells in 2 shellings and carried out 67 drone strikes on 16 locations across the Belgorodskiy district, including Oktyabrskiy (Belgorodskiy, Belgorod). In Oktyabrskiy, an unused commercial building was destroyed, and 2 apartment buildings, 5 private houses, an outbuilding, 3 commercial facilities, and 11 vehicles were damaged, 2 of them destroyed by fire. Across 16 settlements: Russian military also shot down 41 drones. On 18 August, the bodies of 2 men who were killed by shelling were recovered.
