A joint intelligence-based operation (IBO) by District Police and the Counter-Terrorism Department (CTD) in Bazaar Ahmad Khan within the jurisdiction of Sadar Police Station in Bannu District of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa on August 15 led to the arrest of two suspected individuals and the recovery of a cache of weapons and surveillance equipment, reports The Khyber Chronicles. Four Kalashnikov rifles, 10 magazines, a bandolier, a drone, two laptops, five mobile phones, a reconnaissance device and a dagger were recovered from the suspects.
