Former Akal Takht Jathedar Giani Raghbir Singh reported gunfire at his police security vehicle parked outside his residence in Partap Bazaar area in Amritsar District on August 13, reports The Tribune. A .32-bore shell and a bullet mark were found on the vehicle. The firing reportedly occurred around 11 pm on August 12, but the family discovered it only around 5 pm on August 13, when the driver noticed a bullet mark while cleaning the vehicle.
