Eight terrorists of Hafiz Gul Bahadur (HGB) group were killed as Security Forces (SFs) thwarted an attempted infiltration near the border area of Datta Khel in North Waziristan District in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa on August 2, reports The Khyber Chronicles. SFs detected and intercepted the movement of an infiltration group and took timely action to stop their advance. During the exchange of fire, six terrorists were killed, while another five to six Khawarij sustained injuries. Following the engagement, SFs launched a clearance operation, during which the bodies of two additional terrorists were recovered.
