On July 31, Afghanistan Freed Front (AFF) carried out a coordinated ambush, targeting a group of foreign terrorists fighting alongside the Taliban, killing two and injuring three others, on the route leading to Zebak District of Badakhshan Province, as posted on X. According to AFF, the targeted individuals were foreign Taliban supporters who did not know the local language and were trying to reach Zebak to join Taliban forces in combat against Freedom Front fighters.
