A man was shot with a firearm at least twice while sitting in his vehicle by another man from a moving vehicle. At the time of the incident, the victim's two-year-old child was in the vehicle. The shooter fled the scene. Police identified the shooter and launched a search for him, while the victim was hospitalised. Both the victim and the suspect are known to law enforcement and have documented links to organised criminal activity.
