A 41-year-old man pointed a short firearm at three water utility workers, aged 50, 35 and 61, who had come to disconnect his water supply over unpaid bills, and demanded that it be restored. After they refused, he fired the firearm towards their vehicle while the three men were inside it. No one was injured. He then collected the shell casing and afterwards threatened to kill all three of them. A search of his house and outbuildings did not recover the firearm. The man is at large and wanted by police.
