On 12 August 2026, according to 'DPR' sources, Ukrainian forces carried out 2 (coded as air/drone) strikes in the Donetsk area (coded to the Russian-held Donetsk - Unspecified, Donetsk). Moreover, a Ukrainian drone struck a fire truck as it was driving in the Donetsk district area (firefighters were not harmed). Also, the drone debris slightly damaged the hospital in Donetsk city. Additionally, 6 residential buildings, five civilian infrastructure facilities, an ambulance, special equipment were damaged in the Donetsk, Horlivka, Yasynuvata, Mariupol, Makiivka, Volnovakha and Snizhne areas (coded to Donetsk - Unspecified). 1 civilian was injured (other casualties coded to specific locations).
