On 13 August 2026, Houthi forces carried out approximately ten successive drone attacks targeting the IRG's Nation's Shield Forces at Al Afarit camp and its surrounding area in Al Abr district (coded to district center Al Abr) (Hadramawt). The attacks targeted units of the 2nd and 6th brigades of the 3rd Division, as well as military barracks, logistical containers, and administrative facilities, and resulted in the killing of 2 and the injury of 15 IRG soldiers. The strikes also resulted in material damage. 2 fatalities.
