On 9 August 2026, Houthi forces fired 1 Palestine-type missile that directly impacted a training camp, likely belonging to the National Resistance forces (coded under WCJF), in the Yakhtul area (Al Mukha, Taizz). Casualties unknown. Houthi forces claimed the attack on Al Mukha, stating that they resulted in the killing and injury of dozens of soldiers, including Saudis, and in the 'widespread' destruction of weapons warehouses. Fatalities coded as 0 following the most conservative estimate. The Houthi claim of the results of the attacks was not corroborated by other sources.
