On the night of August 17, Russian invaders attacked the port infrastructure of the Odessa region, resulting in damage to a civilian vessel flying the flag of the Republic of Togo.

Details : According to him, 4 people were injured, three of whom are hospitalized, one in serious condition. All are receiving necessary medical care.

The attack also caused fires, which have now been completely extinguished.

What happened before : On Sunday afternoon, the Russians again attacked civilian infrastructure in the Odessa region, injuring 5 more people.
