According to testimonies from residents of Privada Río Bradano, the perpetrator was identified by the community as Willy Adrián Nieto de la Luz, who reportedly left the residential area early Monday morning after committing the attack. The dog's murder allegedly occurred because his son, a bastard, bothered the animal, which defended itself and bit him. However, Willy, that piece of trash, came out with a gun, found the dog, and shot it dead. The complainants stated that the accused used to pose as a firearms and shooting instructor assigned to the State of Mexico Security Secretariat (SSEM), and that he constantly intimidated residents by firing shots into the air and exhibiting erratic behavior.
