Russia attacked Kramatorsk and Bilenke in Ukraine’s Donetsk Oblast eight times in 26 minutes on the evening of 13 August, reportedly using aerial bombs. At least one person was killed and 15 injured. Strikes hit residential areas in Kramatorsk, damaging an apartment building. Emergency crews are working at the scene and assessing the full extent of the damage. “Russia has once again turned an ordinary evening in the city into a deadly danger.
